On October 17, 2007, the American Subcontractors’ Association of Central Pennsylvania held its annual Construction Summit at the Holiday Inn Grantville. The event featured a number of speakers addressing important topics affecting subcontractors and suppliers. Mr. Woolford presented a seminar entitled“Negotiating Subcontracts and Identifying the Key Provisions.”
