Mr. Woolford was nominated by the Board of Directors in April 2008. His nomination was unanimously approved by the Board on May 5, 2008 and will be presented to the full membership for confirmation at the annual meeting in September 2008. Mr. Woolford ’s term would commence in 2008. He looks forward to serving the Exchange as it continues to enhance the services offered to its nearly 1,200 member companies.
